When you’re not watching the Celtics beat the buzzer, there’s plenty to do in Boston, or “Beantown” as the locals call it. Take a trip to Boston harbor and visit the New England Aquarium, which features The Giant Ocean Tank, a 200,000-US-gallon (760,000 L) cylindrical exhibit made of concrete and glass that houses its marine life. There’s also the famous Fenway Park, where the Red Sox made baseball history time and time again. For fans that want to do some shopping, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, located on Boston’s historic Freedom Trail, is just a stone’s throw away.
