Once a reservation is completed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds, as flights (when applicable), hotels, tickets, ground transportation, and additional third‑party services are booked in advance. For this reason, we strongly recommend that each participant purchase comprehensive travel insurance—either through one of our trusted partners or independently—to ensure coverage in the event of an unexpected need to cancel or modify the trip.
